SHIPPING POLICY:

 You can click on the cart to see shipping costs.  The size of your order will determine actual shipping costs.  If ordering books, most shipping costs will not exceed $10.00.   All packages are shipped either USPS first class, priority mail or UPS ground.  If you want a faster shipping service please contact us.  Additional fees may apply. 

RETURN POLICY:

Due to the nature of this product all sales are final.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us.

HOW LONG TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Our books are always in stock.  We will ship your order within 2 business days after payment is received. Depending on shipping method chosen, you can typically count on having your order within 7-10 business days. 

If you are combining a book order with a kit or other party favor purchases the order process may take a little bit longer.  The longest shipping time quote applies.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

Every personalization order there is a link you can click containing an email form.  Please email us the birthday child's name as you would like to see it in the book.  If you want to send us additional information such as as age, or guest list names we will be happy to include that in the book too if possible.  We will be custom making the book for you so special requests can sometimes be accomodated.
